VA600 is an ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by Lotte Chemical, South Korea, produced via autoclave high‑pressure process, with 28 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 6.0 g/10 min.
This medium‑viscosity high‑VA EVA grade delivers high polarity and excellent adhesion to paper, foil and various substrates. It shows good compatibility with waxes, tackifiers and other polymers for hot‑melt adhesive formulations. It provides superior cohesive strength, good low‑temperature flexibility and low‑odor performance. Without slip agent, it avoids blooming and migration issues for sensitive adhesive and cable‑compound applications. It also features good filler acceptance and stable batch‑to‑batch quality for compounding work。
Product Application
EVA is mainly used in the fields of foam shoe materials, functional greenhouse films,packaging film, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.
