YUNCON® M90 is a medium‑flow polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM‑C) manufactured by Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd., supplied as natural‑color pellets. It is a standard‑grade acetal resin with balanced flow and mechanical performance, featuring low mold deposit, excellent thermal stability, high rigidity, good wear‑resistance and dimensional stability.It’s used for Automotive small structural parts, gears, bearings, cams, valve components, pump parts, electronic & electrical components, zipper parts, fasteners, household appliance parts, thin‑wall precision plastic parts, general mechanical hardware.
Product Application
The main application scope includes automotive components such as gears,fuel pump modules,door locks>window regulator components,and seat belt components,It can also be used as a driving component for household appliances such as refrigerators,air conditioners,printers,as well as daily necessities such as buckles and zippers,and can be widely applied.
