7320M is a low‑VA ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by Formosa Plastics (Taiwan), designed for cross‑linking foaming applications. It features 9 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 4.0 g/10 min (190 °C/2.16 kg).This low‑VA foaming‑grade EVA delivers good melt strength, balanced rigidity and elasticity, excellent cross‑linking foaming performance. It produces fine and uniform closed‑cell foam structure with low shrinkage. It shows good filler acceptance, stable extrusion and injection processing window, outstanding low‑temperature toughness, brittleness temperature below ‑70 °C. It complies with RoHS and relevant food‑contact regulations for qualified end‑uses.
