EA19150 is ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by LG Chem from South Korea, with 19 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 150 g/10 min.
This high‑flow medium‑VA EVA grade delivers uniform VA and melt‑flow consistency, excellent compatibility with waxes, tackifiers and other polymers for hot‑melt adhesive systems. It features good low‑temperature flexibility, high adhesive polarity, low odor and favorable organoleptic properties. Its high melt‑flow enables low‑viscosity formulation for high‑speed hot‑melt production. It provides balanced cohesive and peel strength for adhesive compounds.
Typical applications: hot‑melt adhesives, wax modification, polymer compounding, masterbatch carrier, industrial blending. Main processing methods: melt blending, extrusion compounding.
Product Application
EVA is mainly used in the fields of foam shoe materials, functional greenhouse films,packaging film, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.
