TAFMER™ DF810 is ethylene‑1‑butene polyolefin elastomer (POE) manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals via metallocene catalyst technology. It is a medium‑hard, low‑flow POE grade with high melt strength, excellent low‑temperature impact resistance, good cross‑linking and foaming performance. It complies with FDA and EU food‑contact regulations. It has outstanding compatibility with PP, PE and EVA. Suited for extrusion, compounding and cross‑link foaming processes, widely used for PP toughening modification, automotive TPO compounds and high‑performance footwear foaming materials.
