EA28025 is medium‑flow ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by LG Chem, South Korea, featuring 28 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 25 g/10 min.
It features good low‑temperature flexibility, high elongation, low‑odor performance and consistent batch‑to‑batch quality. Without slip additive, it avoids blooming and migration issues for sensitive end‑products. It has broad processing window for melt blending and extrusion compounding.
Typical applications: hot‑melt adhesives, wax modification, polymer compounding, masterbatch carrier, wire & cable compounds, flexible sheets & films, industrial blending. Main processing methods: melt blending, extrusion compounding, extrusion coating.
