EA33045 is a high‑vinyl‑acetate ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by LG Chem, South Korea, with 33 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 45 g/10 min.
It features good low‑temperature flexibility, excellent organoleptic / low‑odor performance, high elongation and stable batch‑to‑batch consistency.
Typical applications: hot‑melt adhesives, bookbinding adhesives, wax modification, polymer compounding, masterbatch carrier, sealants, special industrial blending. Main processing methods: melt blending, extrusion compounding.
Product Application
EVA is mainly used in the fields of foam shoe materials, functional greenhouse films,packaging film, hot melt adhesives, wires and cables, and toys.
