ELVAX™ 210W is an ultra‑high‑flow ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by Dow, with 28 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 400 g/10 min
This grade features extremely low melt viscosity, high polarity and excellent compatibility with waxes, tackifiers and other polymers. It delivers superior adhesion to paper, foil, metal and multiple substrates, good low‑temperature flexibility and low‑odor property. Thanks to its extraordinary fluidity, it facilitates high‑speed formulation for hot‑melt systems without excessive heating. It can meet food‑contact requirements under relevant regulatory conditions.
Typical applications: high‑performance hot‑melt adhesives, wax modification, investment casting wax blends, sealants, polymer compounding, masterbatch carrier, industrial blending. Main processing: melt blending, extrusion compounding.
