7470M is a multi‑purpose ethylene‑vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer manufactured by Formosa Plastics, Taiwan via high‑pressure autoclave process. It features 26 wt% vinyl acetate content, melt flow rate of 7.5 g/10 min (190 °C/2.16 kg), density of 0.948 g/cm³. Stabilized with antioxidant additive, without slip agent.
Typical applications: cross‑linked foam sheets, shock‑absorbing foam components, shoe foam parts, low‑smoke halogen‑free cable compounds, color masterbatch carrier, extruded building materials, polymer modification, industrial blending. Main processing methods: extrusion foaming, compression foaming, extrusion compounding, injection molding
