Hostaform® C9021 is a medium‑viscosity polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM‑C) from Celanese (Ticona), supplied as natural‑color milky‑white pellets. It is a universal base injection‑molding grade without extra lubricant or UV additives. It features outstanding hydrolysis resistance, balanced rigidity, hardness and toughness, low mold deposit and excellent thermal‑oxidative stability. It is widely used as base resin for further compounding. It’s used for Automotive functional parts, gears, cams, bearings, valve components, pump housings, electrical & electronic components, household appliances, food‑contact articles, general precision mechanical parts; raw base material for filled/lubricated modified POM compounds.
Product Application
The main application scope includes automotive components such as gears,fuel pump modules,door locks>window regulator components,and seat belt components,It can also be used as a driving component for household appliances such as refrigerators,air conditioners,printers,as well as daily necessities such as buckles and zippers,and can be widely applied.
