Hostaform® C2521 is a high‑viscosity polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM‑C) from Celanese (Ticona), natural‑color pellets. It is dual‑purpose grade for injection molding and extrusion, featuring high melt strength, excellent toughness and outstanding hydrolysis & alkali resistance. Well‑suited for thick‑wall void‑free injection parts, sheets, tubes and profiles extrusion.It’s used for Thick‑wall mechanical components, heavy‑load gears, cams, bearings, pump & valve housings, pipe fittings, extrusion sheets, tubes, solid profiles, food‑contact articles, automotive functional parts, general engineering hardware.
Product Application
The main application scope includes automotive components such as gears,fuel pump modules,door locks>window regulator components,and seat belt components,It can also be used as a driving component for household appliances such as refrigerators,air conditioners,printers,as well as daily necessities such as buckles and zippers,and can be widely applied.
