AFFINITY™ EG 8100G is an ethylene-octene polyolefin plastomer (POP) manufactured by Dow Chemical using proprietary INSITE™ metallocene catalyst technology.
This grade contains no built-in slip or antiblock additives. It delivers excellent elasticity, strong inherent cling property, ultra-low seal initiation temperature and outstanding optical clarity. It can be used in monolayer or coextruded blown films, stretch wrap, protective films, and blended with other polyolefins to improve film toughness and heat-sealing performance.
Compliant with FDA and EU food contact regulations, widely adopted in fresh food packaging, stretch films and recyclable mono-material packaging structures
